Builders review in East Allen

Customer service with Rockport is very bad. They are friendly when you are buying but once you bought, you see a different side. Even for the design/layout/space use is horrible in the homes (especially in the Kitchen). I am sure people have problems with other builders, but for me I will never use Rockport again nor recommend them. As a test I think they should live in one of their homes for a year and see what its like.

What could this company do to improve their services?: Improve on your customer service, Don't give people the run around - we are your customers and we do not need to be treated bad - we are who made you a business.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?: If there are people living the homes already talk to them!!
