We are glad that we selected & worked with the RJR company. They are dependable and knowledgeable. Their reno schedule enabled us to see what was happening on a daily/weekly basis. They arrived on time and left things clean and tidy when done. All levels of staff, both the tradesmen and office staff, were professional. The Project Manager I.K. was great; he handled any glitches/problems relating to the renovation in a very efficient manner. We are very unhappy with the job. He gave me the estimate and then the price doubled as he said the price of lumber went up. some of the lumber was cracked when it was installed and they didn't want to replace it. We got the feeling we were overcharged.

They were quick to complete the job. And they were on time and on budget. They were also very nice people to deal with and they cleaned up after they finished. Thanks guys.

Work was done on schedule. Any problems that arose during the project were well taken care of. I was very satisfied with the result.
