The sales person came with different colors and samples. He suggested some colors and we went with a patio - Hybrid graphite and some schluters. The 3 workers did a great job with no mess and the patio looks great, comfortable to walk around & patio furniture can move around without issue. Color, texture and maintenance easy. Even in winter, our old patio floor was slippery but this new hybrid patio is not slippery and we can shovel snow without problem. Very happy with end result & looks more modern. A fresh look. C & C

An updated look which needed to be coordinated with our entrance & kitchen tiles. Maureen @ North Vancouver branch helped select a very interesting carpet for main floor which did not go with our curved stairs. She found a complimentary carpet that worked for the stairs & upstairs. Peter & Ernesto did a great installation & we are very happy with the end result. The new carpets enhanced the look of the house & basically upgraded the whole look of the inside. Thanks to Maureen's help & creativity as well as having a great team installing the carpets.

Old front doors in terrible conditions. John & Colin at N.S. Door helped select the perfect doors & sidelites. Removed old doors without any damage to indoor/outdoor tiles. Great installation done in one day. Doors look great & very happy with end result.

Our skylights in Vancouver were leaking due to heavy rain. RooFix came & worked at stopping the leakage. They basically protected our drywall from getting more damaged & it worked. It stayed dry until we installed a new roof. We then had another problem at Whistler and their staff drove up & did an excellent job again. Both issues were successfully resolved by their staff.

Winter rains caused a lot of issues to our entrance as our tile roof was leaking. We called 21st Century Roofers & Bill, their Roof Consultant, came over & assessed the issue. He quoted us for the house, garage & new gutters. Big job to remove the tile roof but staff cleaned up the areas. Very happy with the results & would recommend this company in the future. Congratulations for a job well done.

Had a problem with one Roman shade in our bedroom installed in 2011. Went to David at Shade Better and he discussed the problem with the Hunter Douglas Rep. Hunter Douglas replaced not only the small panel but the other two panels. We have used Shade Better's expertise for other areas of the house and have been very pleased with their service & should add that Hunter Douglas products certainly upgraded the look of the rooms. Very pleased with the end result.

We are glad that we selected & worked with the RJR company. They are dependable and knowledgeable. Their reno schedule enabled us to see what was happening on a daily/weekly basis. They arrived on time and left things clean and tidy when done. All levels of staff, both the tradesmen and office staff, were professional. The Project Manager I.K. was great; he handled any glitches/problems relating to the renovation in a very efficient manner. Being our first major renovation, we were less stressed out because of his expertise, suggestions and help. In summary, very pleased with the end result. Thanks RJR
