Replacing all old windows in a 100+ year old house
We wanted the windows to look exactly like the 100+ year-old windows so that the historic look of the three-story brick home in the Annex would be intact and historically correct. They did a great job measuring, moving them in and with the install. The problems occurred after they were in when a couple didn't work very well. We lived with it since it wasn't really a HUGE issue, but we got no response to the first few calls. Now that we are moving , we wanted the windows perfect for the next owners. We cleaned them and a few of them wouldn't close. When we called them, the receptionist would not send anybody over until we pre-paid over a hundred dollars despite there being a long warranty on the product. She told us we had voided the warranty by cleaning the windows! We had to email one of the owners who fixed the problem, but actually never responded to our emails. Good experience turned to bad.
