We purchased a house with Kolbe windows installed by Ridley and we have had some issues with these 16 year old windows. Luckily they have a lifetime warranty on the glass. The Ridley team has been very helpful in getting the issues resolved via warranty as quickly as possible. They have been responsive via email and the technician is excellent. On every visit the technician arrived on time (early), windows have been fixed properly and no mess was left behind.
