Great place for a couple of reasons

The ReStore is great if you're looking for a deal on items for a reno or remodel. It's also a great place to donate if you have gently used items that you yourself would re-use. And the fact that it's a non-profit and as they say on their website (can't say it better myself!): Shopping at a ReStore is a socially conscious decision, as funds generated are used to fund Habitat homebuilding projects. As well, shopping at a ReStore is an environmentally conscious decision, as much of what is sold is product that is new, gently used or customer returns that would otherwise end up in a landfill.

bath, misc reno materials

I love browsing through the ReStore. We have bought a vanity and sink, a spray painter, various lighting fixtures, tiles, a faucet and list goes on. We have always been pleased with what we have purchased and have saved lots of money to boot!

Lights for Lane Home

I love the ReStore. I have been going there for over a year now and always find amazing deals. I have purchased, Tools, Tiles, Blinds, Lights, paint, caulking, wood, plants and even a Gazebo! My most recent purchase was lighting for my lane home. I beleive I purchased about 5 lights and payed only $100! What a deal. I also like to drop things off that I don't use anymore as well give back.

Handles/Lights

We purchased 2 table lamps and all of our hardware for our kitchen reno for only $40! It is a great place when you need odds and ends for a reno project and most times you can find other items that are practically brand new for at least 70% off! Love this place for all our reno needs :)

Outdoor light fixture

Found a light fixture at the Burnaby store, UNUSED for only $25. Later checked online and found same item, still carried at Home Depot for over $90. We always check ReStore first when there's a small project to be done!

PVC Piping

I purchased a few PVC pipes for a small project, I went to the Re-Store to expect better deals. The PVC pipes were limited in size and selection but they were able to sell them for almost 50% of the cost if i were to purchase it at home depot. Staff were friendly and helped me load it on my car and even offered advice where else i could get more cheaply. Very local feel and its great as it helps the community too ! Definitely check here before home depot, as there are some amazing deals if you take the time to look around.

Bifold Closet Doors & Bathroom Sink

We went to the store not expecting much but they had a great variety of items. We purchased some bifold closet doors and a top mount kitchen sink. It's certainly worth going to take a look. We also ended up giving some of the left over materials from our renovation to the store.

Future Project Supplies

Just happened to stumble upon this store through homestar ratings and referrals. Wasn't expecting to purchase anything, but as soon as I went inside it was evident that I needed to pick up supplies for a future project. Great customer service and prices. Satisfaction guranteed.
