My wife has a dust mite allergy in which it was suggested that we have a thorough clean of both of our sectional sofa & mattress. I was able to get an appointment right away in a timeframe where I didn't have to wait around all day. In fact Dan showed up right bright and early for our appointment at 9am and began his work. He provided a thorough explanation of what he was going to do, was patient in answering my questions / concerns and - most importantly - performed a thorough cleaning job. I will not hesitate to call Reliable again and will recommend them to my friends and family.

I used Reliable for my clients homes regularly. They are efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and ALWAYS get the job done. This time, the client had 6 dining room chairs that had been badly stained through years of children's use. "Dan the Man" arrived (as always, on time), and got them virtually spotless. He then rolled and removed two area rugs and took them offsite to be cleaned while she was moving. He delivered them directly to her new home, and they look brand new.

I cannot say enough about Reliable and their team. I have never been disappointed. Lindsay who always seems to work magic with the scheduling, and in particular Dan the service technician. Be sure to ask for him - he is a miracle worker.

Friendly, prompt service that was helpful and very informative. The service wasn’t cheap but they did a great job, removed most of the stains and protected our furniture from future spills.
