Dan from Reliable came by today and removed a nasty stain from my couch...sick child...need I say more. Dan was professional and an expert in his field. Although stain removal is what prompted the cleaning, I see the value in the overall process of having the cleaning done. It brightened up the look of the couch and removed dust and dirt. This will definitely be a service I repeat in the future to add to the longevity of the furniture or carpets in my home.

We have some nice furniture and a little kid - not the best combination. After a stain scare, we decided to stain guard our furniture. We scheduled a weekend appointment with Relible based on reviews and were not disappointed. Dan was fantastic - arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable and nice. Very fast and easy to arrange. I called on a Monday and the cleaning took place the next day. Our couch had not been cleaned in some time and we have a pet so I was worried the odours would not come out. But the result was amazing! The couch was left smelling fresh with no chemical smell. I like that it's a safe and non-toxic way to clean the couch. The technician, Ivan, was professional, friendly and very tidy! Highly recommend their services!

Originally contacted Reliable for a quote to spot clean a pet mess in our condo. The office staff not only responded to my email quickly but was able to book an appointment within a couple of days! When the technician Ivan arrived, he was personable and courteous. Very respectful of my home, pet and baby. I had asked if he was able to provide a quote to clean the all of the carpeting, rather than just a spot clean, and he was able to do so on the spot and clean the carpet same day! The price was great. I am very pleased with the outcome and will most definitely use them again for future cleanings.

I found this company through their ad in community newspaper.

I told the woman on the phone what I needed and she explained to me their minimum charge and what they would do. The service man, Shawn, called shortly before he would be arriving. He was on time and professional as he explained the process. I noticed after the carpet had dried that there was still some indication of the water stain. I called and they told me that they would have a look and see what could be done. Shawn came and sprayed the area and removed all traces of the stain.
