Frank did an excellent job on my chairs. He took the trouble to move them away from my expensive wool carpet. He is quiet and efficient, and a hard worker with many years experience in this business.
Frank explained to me the best ways to spot clean, and also told me about cleaning services offered by the company for area rugs.
