this customer, is one of many that can not be satisfied with free paint jobs, touch up work, moving items to friends house with no charge and only when i was severely sick and trying to recover $ and time lost do i receive a when are you coming to finish the job after many failed attempts do i give up on unsatisfiable customer with a huge loss of time and money do i receive a voice mail that she will ruin my company and the hundreds of more than satisfied customers that i have given my blood sweet and tears too.
note: arleen you can never be happy and i'm not the only contractor or builder who believes this. i explained my position on the phone with you that i no longer am doing handyman work and you feel that you need to continue pushing me. i will be more than happy to never hear from you again. some customers will never understand that they do not own you because they have hired you and contractors should stand up more often and say you can no longer take advantage of me. i have a family to feed and take care of, i can not spend my time working for people like you for free. i completed more than you say in your statement i have been more than nice and kind to you and still you wont every thing for nothing, i made no money on your jobs. instead you should look over what you paid for and the volume of time and trips to your home over 2 years and see i never left you short in any way. all over a few pieces of trim around a mirror, my effort to deal with your looking for a deal mentality and how can i get more for my buck, you should be happy that i don’t send you a bill for everything that i did for free because you seemed to be a nice person, in return i get this comment and nock against me because i become very sick. your trim around a mirror in the bathroom that was not finish because i had more that enough of you and i could no longer work for free after taking many months off work sick does not seem to balance out. thanks but no thanks.
