My AC was tripping my furnace breaker. Many other companies wanted to replace my furnace, however Case troubleshooted the components and was able to fix the issue the same day. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

Awesome service! A supply shortage , meant that I could not get the original ac however they were able to find a better unit, which means more savings in the long run due to the efficiency. They are super responsive and very customer centric, it is their priority! Very happy with my new ac and would recommend them.

The replacement of an old AC unit was done in a very professional and timely manner, no negative issue with the install,
The AC was turned on and after about 20 minutes the unit stopped working,
I called the Service Line and the installer was dispatched and the problem was a blown fuse in AC unit part of furnace.

i needed to have my ducts cleaned after neglecting it for a few years - i requested a quote from homestars and kevin was the first and most comprehensive response that i received. i asked a few clarifying questions and kevin always responded promptly and professionally - the cleaning price is all in (no hidden fees/extra charges) and includes all ducts you can see (except kitchen). ilyas and a helper were the ones who actually do the cleaning - he called ahead of time letting me know he was on the way and arrived on time. he explained everything that would be doing during the cleaning, and didnt mind all the questions i asked. very professional, and the cleaning was very thorough. highly recommend

Kevin actually answered his phone on a Saturday and promised to send a team the following week. They showed up on time , were clean and knowledgeable about their work. Case came by for a regular hvac maintenance - our previous hvac guy retired. Case was very thorough, making sure to explain all the things he was doing, and also pointed out some details that I hadn't noticed before re: the furnace return vents. Felt very trust worthy. Will go with them again, and probably for the installation of a heat pump (our current AC unit is outdated).

Kevin quickly hopped on a call to walk me through self-diagnosing the problem we were having with our AC to determine if we needed him to come out to help us. He is someone I will definitely reach out to again in the future whenever we need help!
