Kevin actually answered his phone on a Saturday and promised to send a team the following week. They showed up on time , were clean and knowledgeable about their work. They worked efficiently cleaning ducts, bathroom vents and the dryer vent. I didnt even know they needed cleaning! Thanks for a job well done. The whole house feels fresher! Carolyn

Mark came and did all of these jobs with as little disruption to us as possible. The job was done on time and within budget. The nicest part is that everything looks new again! Thanks to Jon for suggesting a more updated stain colour for the front door! We have used Encore since they started and have always been thrilled with the results.
