This company's left hand doesn't know what it's right hand is doing. They messed so much up that they gave me a 6 month credit, which they have now messed up and I haven't received despite a couple a months of phone calls, fails to follow up on calls back, and totally unhelpful people on the phone. Despite a great deal of patience, they have shown no interest in making things right or following through on what they say they will do. So many lost hours and frustrations.
