I have this system installed for the past year & am tied in a contract of 3 years. I am a happy go lucky person but I SERIOUSLY REGRET signing up with this company. I hope that everyone reads the reviews about this company before signing up. We had been paying for the system for a year now & it wasn't even working as it should have. When trying to dispute this, I had the WORST TIME ever. Including spending my whole Saturday waiting for a tech to come & confirm that it is their system that is faulty. And till now I haven't heard about a compensation that they are going to provide. The people in the call centres ARE THE WORST!! I have spoken to a couple & all of them were the same. I am tired.... I am paying for this crap for another 2 years... It's very painful..........................
