I have been with this company for almost 9 years. Never had any problems until I was moving and wanted to cancel the service. The company refuses to provide any written documentation indicating that I have cancelled and just keeps withdrawing from my account. When I called customer service they would just give me the run around and state their supervised would contact me to sort it out...they never did. I ended up having to talk to my bank and have the charges refused. This company is a disgrace!!!
