Before signing a contract, Pro Stone showed us what would be the configuration of our countertop on the slabs. That way we knew exactly how many seems to expect. This is one example of Pro Stone’s transparency that we so appreciated. No other company offered a template (perhaps they would have had we asked, but frankly we didn’t know what to ask). Pro Stone had a complete set of documentation that listed choices for edges, style of island, and detailed upgrade options with pricing. Girish was our sales representative - he was a pleasure to deal with. When some concern arose regarding the fabrication of the countertop in the sink area, Girish kept his cool and worked with us and his technical team to get it right – the way we wanted it! Pro Stone’s technical team was wonderful, they exuded competence. The measurements were done with a computer, which yielded a perfect result.
