Priority Plumbing

I had a pipe burst on the main floor that was leaking into the basement. I was lucky that it was contained, but we still had to turn off our water at the source. And with the crazy winter, it was hard to find a plumber.
Other companies were booked up for 2 days, but Greg form Priority Plumbing came the same day, and even called a 1/2 hour before his arrival to let me know he was on his way. That might not seem like a big deal, but I find service people rarely follow through on this commitment.
Anyway, Greg quickly determined the problem and provided me with a few options, and had it all fixed up shortly afterwards. He was able to reach the problem from the basement, saving me having to cut holes in any walls upstairs, as well as considerable expense.
I also opted to become a Service Partner. The plan more or less paid for itself, and gives discounted work and includes a video sewer inspection in the future. I plan on installing a backwater valve this spring, so for me it seemed like a pretty good investment.
It wasn't cheap, but I feel very confident about the company and the work that Greg performed.
