My toilet leaking to condo unit below.
My toilet was leaking, causing damage to condo unit below mine. Plumber came with in an hour and 15 min to re-install my toilet properly, and took the added step of gaining access to the unit below to make SURE the water damage had stopped to the unit below. Traveled between our two units many times just to be sure. Dealt with building management to gain access for me. Very good guy, protected my floor with carpet and wore booties.
