Purchased a home from Primont in April 2014. By the looks of it, it won't be ready until the end of 2016 if we are lucky. What frustrates me is this builder sent out an agreement form long after the deposit for us to sign. Forgot what the name of the form was, but it was in regards to fencing, sewerage and what you can and can not do on the premises. They told us that construction can not start until everyone home buyer in that phase has signed.
Our home has been delayed twice now and recently we've received another delay "unavoidable delay". This seriously ticked me off because I believe our home could've been ready if they sped up their internal process like all the other builders around that area. Out of my group of friends, my wife and I were the first to purchase a home in that area, however we will be the last to move in. Our friends purchased from another builder in that area, and they either got 1 delay notice or none at all. I don't know how Primont works internally, but your process needs reviewing.
I've heard that Primont was a good builder from friends who are living there 5 years ago. They used good materials and were priced higher compare to other builder. However, their reputation went down the drain from all the negative reviews I'm reading. I tend to agree with other negative reviewers because I will never recommend this builder to anyone.
Good luck to those who just bought from Primont. Don't shop around for furniture or get excited while picking your finishing. Chances are you won't move in until 2.5yrs later. Their internal process will not only screw you, but it'll give you false hope.
