The biggest mistake in our life was to select Primont builder.
Poor quality, delayed closing and no one to contact were the major problems we see with this builder. Closing dates get pushed so much our lives are in such a miserable state. We placed the order more than 18 months ago, and still the builder is unable to complete the house. All other builders were able to keep their promise.
All I want to say is don't select this builder and make your life miserable.
