We had a recommendation from a relative who had used the Oakville franchise. Unfortunately, we chose to use the Dundas franchise, as it was the one in our area. We are very disappointed with the workmanship and customer service. I have worked with many different tradespeople over the years and this is the very first bad review I have ever written. The garage floor is very lumpy and uneven. There are parts where there are holes in the expoxy in which you can see right down to the original concrete! On top of that we had to pay the franchise owner, Rob Wagner extra to come back and fill in all the gaps he missed between the floor and the baseboards. Even after paying him we had to ask him to come back more than once to do this part of the job. He was miserable about returning. He lacks pride in his work. My recommendation is to avoid the Dundas franchise at all costs.

The completed job looks fantastic. All of the steps to completion were explained fully with estimated timelines explained and accomplished. The technician who completed our job was very professional: communication skills and workmanship, the work area was alway kept tidy and orderly. A job well done!

Great team ....very efficient and new floor looks great. Would recommend this product and the local Burlington Franchise team is top notch. They met the agreed schedules and completed the job on time. They made sure to keep the bordering slate trim clean.

PremierGarage did a great job organizing our garage for us. The interchangeable wall system they suggested was less expensive than what their competitors suggested and has created extra storage space for us so our garage is neat and tidy and the envy of our friends and neighbours. They were also excellent to deal with - punctual, honest and neat. I have no reservation in recommending PremierGarage.

The work included a colorful acrilic textured floor covering and full height storage cupboards in the garage and furnace room. The work was well done. Follow up was excellent, especially from Christine who manages the office.
Overall a very good experience. I would recommend Premier Garage for any garage upgrades or to solve any storage issues you may have.

David and his team did a first class job. From the time they came to quote, to the garage floor preparation & application, to the cabinet installation and to the post follow up I was very impressed.
