Pottery Barn

I find the furniture a little old-school for my tastes - think overstuffed couches and giant wood coffee tables, but during this time of year it's one of the few places to purchase quality christmas decorations. Lanterns, pine spray, vases, stocking holders, and the magic pickle! Only complaint is it is kind of pricey, but it's hard to find this kind of stuff in Toronto.

i recently bought a sheet set for my daughters room. they staff are absolutely excellent there and a pleasure to deal with. they took their time helping me throroughly chose what works best for her room. overall an excellent company to buy childrens bedding and lamps and etc..

I really like Pottery Barn. They have a great selection of home decor including serving ware, furniture, and bath accessories. The store displays always looks good and are a good source for design inspiration. The staff are always friendly and willing to help.

My one criticism of Pottery Barn would be that their prices can be expensive. Although I really like Pottery Barn, it is possible to find comparable products at other stores for less.

Overall I think Pottery Barn is a great store I would definitely recommend it.

the children's furniture t the pottery barn is beautiful, unique and sturdy. I love how everything matches and how beautiful it looks in my daughters room. The stuff is a little pricey but defiantly worth the money!

I went into pottery barn thinking I would find a nursery set. I didnt realize how ridiculously expensive they are! I was quoted over $1500 just for a crib and change table, which is absurd! I bought a similar set at another place and got 4 items instead of 2 for the same price!! I recommed searching online and shoppign around before settling.
however, I did buy a gorgeous gift for a friend which was just lovely. It was a beautiful lamp and matching valance set that she was lusting after in a pretty green and brown pattern. I paid around $100 for the two pieces which was decent.
I think pottery barn is a nice place to shop for gifts and such and ill definitely be back, I really like the setup of this place. However for furnitur,e I would definitely shop elsewhere for a good deal! (see my other review)

For a new baby gift you cant beat Pottery Barn kids. I usually give a gift certificate so that the new mom can pick what suits the room. And as one giftee told me what new moms have is lots of time to shop and little money to spend. It has always been a hit.

I really love shopping at this pottery barn, i always have great service. When I purchased my chairs they helped me pick the right ones and set up a great delivery program for me :)

Pottery Barn has moved up to first place on my list of most visited places. I make the effort to frequent Pottery Barn stores across the G.T.A. on a biweekly, sometimes weekly basis. Having made multiple purchases at numerous locations, friendly faces, impeccable customer service, and great finds accompanied by the right price tag continues to draw me back. Pottery Barn has a wide variety of traditional solid furniture pieces and trendy accessories in the season’s latest colours, that will give any room a face lift.

The sales associate was very helpful in assisting us in purchasng a new couch as well as accessories I awas very impressed with the knowledge and I would go back to Pottery barn anytime

I bought a bed and dresser from PB. They told me 3-6 weeks delivery. 1 week and a half later, I got a phone call telling me my furniture are here and if I want them earlier.

The sales staff (I believe her name was Cathy) at Yorkdale was friendly and very helpful.

Pricing is higher than my liking, but the quality and the service are there.
