After having several companies come out to quote our pool renovation project we chose Pool Craft and we sure are glad we did. They were extremely responsive and thorough throughout the whole project from the first meeting to quoting and going back and forth on options to actually doing the work. We had all new suction and pressure lines done, new skimmer, new LED lights, new pump/filter/heater all plumbed, new liner and safety cover. Their pricing was very competitive and their work was top notch, everyone I dealt with at Pool Craft was great and I would deal with them again.

I interviewed 3 different pool companies and initially chose Pool Craft based upon their professionalism, honesty and reputation.

Jason was engaged at the very start helping me obtain the necessary letters and permits from the builder and town to get the process started.

From there Jason, Chris and Curtis helped me with the pool dimensions, style, features, gas BBQ line installation pool equipment location and overall landscape design, making various recommendations and outlining the potential costs associated with each one.

Once the project got underway Kevin (Project Manager) was onsite on a regular basis monitoring progress and ensuring we were comfortable as each step was completed. Curtis made various landscaping recommendations (ie tree locations, stone placement, window well treatments, etc) that can only come from years of experience.

The softscape design and lighting recommendations were made by Mitch. Careful thought was put into selecting the trees and plants to maximize privacy and space.

Our lot is not very big however I was pleasantly surprised at how big the pool and living space turned out to be in the end. We have thoroughly enjoyed our first summer as owners of a fantastic backyard oasis and would highly recommend using Jason and the Pool Craft team for your pool installation and landscaping investment.

We have been using Pool Craft’s services for over 15 years now. They work efficiently, responsibly and are eager to please their costumers. If problems arise with my pool, Pool craft is quick to help and rectify the problem. The staff is friendly, hard working and a pleasure to deal with.

I learned from this company through a friend who has a pool and is thrilled with the service from Pool Craft. I obtained a hot tub with the purchase of my new house and knew nothing about care for it. Pool Craft mentioned the process to maintain, which I quickly realized was not my speed so purchased their services and have been thrilled with the level of service they provide. I also needed a motor changed which I received a great price for and when on site the tech and his helper were super professional. The installation was faster than expected which gave me the rest of the day open. We are now in need of a new cover for the tub so I'm not hesitant on who to call for this in any way. Amazing customer service and I'll be in touch for that cover.

Pool Craft has been servicing my pool since summer of 2016 to present. I have them open my pool, service it bi-weekly for the the summer, and close it by Sept/Oct. This year, in addition to their regular services, I had them install a pool heater and change my liner.

The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, honest and responsive. They are well organized and always keep in touch with me (either by phone and/or email).

The best quality I would say about Pool Craft service is that they are a reliable company. For example, this year, when i had them install the pool heater and liner, there were a few unforeseen problems from my end, such as a pipe leaking. They IMMEDIATELY brought one their staff members to replace the leaking pipe in order to have my pool ready for my scheduled pool party! This company truly cares for its customers!

We hired PoolCraft when looking to do our backyard. This company came highly recommended by a friend who used them to do their backyard pool a few years ago. We were looking for a company who could do a whole vision and would project manage all the pieces as we did not have any interest in trying to coordinate all the parts ourselves. PoolCraft is exactly what we were looking for and worked with us through every part of the project to give us our dream backyard. Pool, patio, landscaping and all the trimmings were completed with our input at every stage and with care and precision. Perhaps the best part is each person we dealt with was friendly and responsive to our questions. Our backyard is amazing!!! It was truly a pleasure to work with PoolCraft and we would not hesitate to recommend them.
