I have had 4. Isits from service technicians this summer. Each one was polite and respectful
Andrew identified and replaced the inside tube thinking it was fixed. He was kind and explained everything very well.
Sean was very thorough and identified many issues including a Co2 leak and broken exhaust pipe leading to the outside. he thoroughly examined the taps and found silt which resulted in having a new water heater installed.
I was thrilled to have this extensive diagnostic completed and subsequently a new water heater.
Abbas and Desmond also did a fast and thorough job of installation, I was pleased with their kindness and patience with my tap problems.
Now I still have issues with blocked taps upstairs, Im hoping my next technician is helpful.
Dawn also answered my call and was very patient with my problem.
Still not happy with end result as a plumber will be needed. I feel this is a result of old water heater.
Lets see how next steps are handled.

We were quoted $400 to move hot water tank, hoW ridiculous.We assumed this was a 4 hour job. The job was completed in less than 1 hour, and we were still charged $400. BEWARE! They are subcontractors for Enbridge..be sure to call around for better price.
