An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We wanted to write and thank Penfolds for our fantastic new roof. In fact our thanks are twofold:
Firstly for the excellent customer service from you and your team, everything was explained well and we felt looked after over the whole process. There was no pressure and info was provided in a timely way when requested.
Secondly our thanks go to the installation team of 4 guys on site for 12 hours to get our old roof off and our new roof installed. It looks great and we were very pleased with the clean-up and the polite, professional way the guys worked.
We will have no hesitation in recommending Penfolds to friends & neighbour's.
