An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

Each and every day they cleaned up after themselves, to the point that we had no idea a big project was in the works.
The crew worked late every day (even on the rainy Monday) to make sure that they finished on time and the fact that they finished installing and cleaning up by Thursday afternoon was incredible.
I had so many emails from members of our complex who commended Penfolds and its’ friendly crew for a job well done. Nobody could believe just how quick and painless the process was – well for us at least !
