An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
The prospect of having one’s Strata complex roof replaced is daunting, not only because of the expense, but also because one never knows if the company one chooses is going to live up to their word and warranty. Penfolds has proven to our Strata that their excellent reputation is duly deserved. Brent May endured our dealings with the City of North Vancouver’s Heritage Department with patience and support, always promptly providing any information or quotes we required throughout. Field Supervisor Matt was onsite prior to, during and after the work was complete, and Roderick and his excellent crew were exemplary in their attention to detail, constant check-ins with the residents, daily and final clean up and incredibly positive and friendly attitude. The roof looks great, the warranty (not to mention the price) is beyond satisfactory and the whole process was trouble-free due to the hard work and dedication shown by the entire team.
