Les called and was available immediately to come and repair my very old, but good, machine. He did the repair and also gave me advice about the best way to use the machine, and dryer too, which he said was different from any other make in one respect. He was quick, thorough, polite, upbeat and very helpful. Such a pleasure to have such service. n stars for service. Thanks, Les!
