The original quote for the project was approximately $40,000. The final bill was $185,000. The time of the project was originally 3 months. The actual total was 8 months. Unacceptable. A terrible experience.

Rot & Deck Repair

The company initially quoted $40,000 for our stata's repairs. The contractor requoted at $80,000 but invoiced in excess of $170,000 without advance notice. Pomeroy will not provide quotes for rot repair.
