We did a full reno of our main floor and replaced the hardwood on both the main floor and second floor. After visiting a lot of flooring stores, Dov and Roy were immediately helpful in finding the exact option we were looking for. Shopping and install experience were great!

Dov was incredibly responsive and took the time to understand my requirements and provided a fair and competitive quote. Once we agreed, Roy took over and arranged the installation. The team showed up, including Roy, on time and performed the installation work in no time. Everything was perfect and no complaints. During the process Dov was an amazing person to work with, he is a great communicator and does his best to calm the nervous home owner that we were. I would highly recommend them and if I were to refinish again, I would choose them.

Only area that needs improvement was the stain/colour selecting process. I think it would have been beneficial for them to offer a service where you show them a floor example that you like (real example hardwood/eng hardwood) for them to match for you based on their colour experience. It would have given us less stress of finding a colour ourselves based on digital pictures.

Outstanding workmanship and professional. Dov was extreamly helpful in explaining what would be involved and had the custom stain mixed to match 100% to our floors. His workers came in and completely sealed up the area and we had almost no dust from the sanding which we were worried about and were outstandingly professional. It's taken me a while to get to this review, but better late than never. I had the main and second floors of my 100-year old home completely replaced over the summer by Invision. I received three quotes from vendors that I had found on Homestars, but I ended up choosing Invision not because they were the cheapest, but because of the thoroughness of the quotation, and their professionalism and communication through the whole planning process. Prior to retiring, I managed construction & maintenance for 300 locations of a well-known Canadian Retail chain, so I knew and appreciated the value of a well-planned project and a contractor that won business based on reputation, not on the lowest price. The bottom line is that they started when planned, did not go even $1 over their original quotation, and even finished a few days early. I am a single dad to three boys, and Dov and Roy made the intimidating hardwood selection and planning processes painless. My old house provided a few curveballs to work around but I was - and still am - absolutely thrilled with the quality of work and the new lease on life the floors have provided my home. Invision repaired 13 planks in the middle of my floor. You would never know that it was done. It is perfect! Dov and Roy we're excellent to work with, and the workmanship was flawless. I would highly recommend them.

Invison did a great job of replacing old as well as installing new railings. I was impressed with how quickly - the job was completed within a day - and how cleanly they worked. Clearly, they are experts. Dov's advice was very helpful in deciding how best to proceed.
