This is the second time I have used Invision. They had very quick turnaround times. They answered my questions. In fact I had a whole pile of questions that I sent in by email and Roy answered them all very promptly. Great prices as well.

Dov and Roy both demonstrated professionalism and a realistic guidance from the selection of the hardwood brand, to the type of wood and stain colour, through to the installation. They took the time to make sure that I understood the product and how the logistics of installation would work.
During installation, all my questions were answered and the installation crew worked efficiently and did their best to minimize the mess and disruption. The started and finished in their stated timeline.

The new hardwood floor looks great and in the end the entire process exceeded my expectations.

Roy and Invision Harwood and Decor were recommended by our real estate agent. They not only met but exceeded our expectations in all service categories - punctuality, quality, timeliness and follow up. Roy has a very pleasant and professional manner and is genuinely interested in meeting customers' needs. He took time with us and guided us in the best hardwood product selection, which was also not the most expensive one. He delivered as per plan and met all deadlines in an efficient and effective manner. This included coordinating on and off site with other trades who were part of our larger renovation project. The installation crew were very good and floors look wonderful. Roy offers excellent follow up in person and remotely. He provided important advice on the care of the floor. In addition, when we were in a pinch, Roy recommended a trade for our larger renovation project that worked out very well and contributed to bringing the project in on time. This is the 2nd time we worked with Roy, and again he demonstrated his great customer service skills. It was a different team this time, but they did a good job and were a pleasure to deal with.

Roy, Dov and his team did a superb job. This is the second time I have used their services for the installation of hardwood flooring. In fact, I have referred them to a ton of clients and everyone comes back to me with accolades of their work.

I would not hesitate in recommending this company. In fact, I was originally referred to Invision by another happy customer. Roy and Dov (the owners) were a pleasure to deal with - courteous, knowledgeable, reliable and professional. They had a very good selection of hardwood and composite flooring to choose from, at a variety of price ranges. In the end we chose a hardwood that was at the higher end of the scale, but there was no pressure from them to do so, and in the end we found that both the cost of the hardwood and installation was reasonable given the quality of the wood and the installation. The installation took awhile (it was on several floors and involved new and restained stairs) but they didn't complete it until we were fully satisfied. Their installers are also very courteous, professional and reliable.

Working with Invision was a great customer service and hardwood flooring installation experience! Under a tight deadline, they were able to come in, measure everything out and provide expert advice and solutions on a few issues...and all with a reasonable cost. They laid down 800+ square feet of engineered hardwood in two days. Floors were swept up, but needed a go with the vacuum by us afterwards, but no big deal considering how good they looked. Professional service and installation work from start to finish! Our thanks again to Roy, Dov and the crew.

I looked hard for the best deal and for convenience. In both cases Invision came through. Their price was excellent. On top of that, the in store help was excellent. Very knowledgeable and when i told him what I wanted provided a variety of options. The flooring came in when they said it would and they delivered it when it was convenient for me. Top notch product and service.

We had been researching flooring for a couple of years, and couldn't seem to land on a company that instilled confidence - in their product, installation, and service. That is, until we met Dov & Roy at the 2012 Spring National Home Show.
Dov was very detailed without being pushy, and his relaxed, informative approach didn't make us want to run the other way! Within days he came to our house and measured rooms, and talked to us about what WE were looking for. He matched his company's skills with our needs. Both Dov & Roy demonstrated extensive knowledge of product, delivery of service & goods, and did that in a way, that gave us the full confidence that when their team showed up to do the work, they would absolutely represent Dov's & Roy's level of professionalism.
Roberto & Ricky showed up on time every day, and worked long days to ensure perfect installation. They consistently demonstrated professionalism, good humour, an amazing work ethic, and they conveyed a love for their job, that gave us full confidence that they cared about the outcome as much as we did.
The end result was absolutely what we'd hoped for. The wood is beautifully laid, the stairs were perfectly matched with edging details that made the whole thing look like a million bucks.
We also had their team modify our railing with a bit of paint and some hardware that helped to pull the whole thing together.
Outstanding service, skilled workmanship, clean, tidy, respectful and a company that we recommend highly!
