From our initial meeting with Roy we had a good feeling about the company and their ability to do a professional job and answered all our questions. He was very informative about the various choices of woods. It actually made our decision a little tougher. So many different things to consider. His measurements were extremely accurate with very little remaining materials. The price was slightly higher than a another quote we received but well worth the extra money. The installers, Ricky and Eric were professional, friendly and did a fantastic installation job. The were punctual and cleaned up at the end of each day. We will definitely use Invision in any future flooring renovations without hesitation.

Roy and his team were exceptional! They helped us pick beautiful flooring and a new banister for our upstairs that matched the exisitng color of that of our main floor. We were highly impressed with the installation as we have a very old house with lots of slants and quirks but they did an even nicer job than we had hoped for. They were quick and very professional, leaving the job tidy. I would highly recommend their services!

Exactly 1 year ago, I had a very pleasant experience with Invision Hardwood & Decor. Approximately 1 month ago I contacted Dov with a problem I was having - the transition molding connecting my kitchen to my living room had begun to crack and peel off. He quoted me a price to fix this that I thought to be outrageous ($300), especially considering that just a year ago I spent $4,200 to have my flooring installed and that the job in question would take 20 minutes for 2 people to complete. I wholeheartedly recognize and appreciate labour and material costs, but what I also recognize is that when you do business with somebody and within a year problems start to appear, as a business owner and a service provider, it's your obligation to do right by the customer. I did not feel like that was a priority for Dov and I managed to complete the work for less than half the price that was quoted by Invision Hardwood.

Invision's crew were very nice men and worked hard and efficiently.
In particular, please pass on my warm thanks to Jamie. He is a great team
leader, very professional - and I much appreciated his input regarding the office flooring. (It's great not to get up to concrete floors anymore!)

Great service. Bamboo looks great. Prompt and listened to my vision for cutting at a 45 degree angle. I would recommend Invision to anyone looking for a flooring company and will be using them on my next project.

We replaced broadloom with hardwood floors including the staircase. We also had a tight timeline to work with. We were quite impressed with Roy's commitment to the project and to seeing that the deadlines were met. Even though there were a couple of unexpected surprises, they managed to finish before the deadline. The follow-up care was excellent and the floors look great.

Found out about Invision Hardware and Decor from the reviews of other Homestar users. Went out to their showroom in Concord where I met with Roy. He patiently explained the different floor choices and we settled on the flint reclaime laminate for the 3 bedrooms and the seaside oak hampton laminate for the basement. I can't tell you how delighted I am with the results! The crew arrived on time. Jamie, Roberto and Charles are the best! It is obvious they really enjoy their work and the proof is in the final product. Roy was great throughout the whole process and checked in halfway through the job to see how things were going.
