Open Sesame

This contractor replaced a broken garage door cable and some other parts in November 2020. But after more than a week I started getting loud bangs when I opened the garage door. I phoned him 4 times to tell him about the problem but he never called back, so I wrote him a letter, and again no response. He is clearly an unreliable contractor and should be avoided as he cannot be relied upon to service a client after he has been paid. DONT CONSIDER USING THIS CONTRACTOR. ONCE HE IS PAID YOU WILL NEVER SEE HIM AGAIN.
