Its hard to give anything less than a stellar review to a guy who helps you diagnose the problem over the phone.. Who then quotes the price for the job over the phone.. Comes in right on time and fixes the problem, does additional maintenance, and comes in right on quote... All that over the weekend.
Steve from Open Sesame Inc. is a consummate professional, his experience allowed him to diagnose my problem through the layman gibberish I spewed over the phone. Came promptly with the parts necessary and explained the process and the fix. He went above his mandate in providing additional maintenance to the opener.
