One of the family members drove the car into our garage door. Small dent, but the door wouldnt close after that. I called Open Sesame in the late afternoon and got an appointment next morning. They sent SMS to me when the mechanic was about to come. He fixed the problem quickly, no parts, no unnecessary work, and charged a reasonable price by todays standards. He clearly explained everything to me. So it was an really good experience.
