Brand new AC not working properly
We purchased a brand new AC and Furnace through Enercare 2 weeks ago. - we have broken promises, an AC that is not working properly & a 'sales rep' who is not returning calls/emails. I've spent hours wasted with their call centre and though the call centre reps are lovely, their hands are tied because we need to deal with the sales rep to get the issues resolved. So now they have over 12K of our money and we can't get them to return a call or email - completely unethical. * Brand new AC not working properly * Did not standardize the filters as they said they would * Debris and garbage left inside our home * Cancelled technician appts * HOURS spent on hold with the call centres
