During the cold winter months our furnace shut down. On the phone the woman said "tommorow at 11:00AM". I thought Sunday service would cost a fortune. The woman said "you must be freezing, we will charge you regular rate today". 11:00 the next day Omer was there, inspected the furnace and indicated the filter was clogged and burned out one of the switches. Omer got the furnace going but we still had to replace the switch, which he didn't have. He came back the next day to install the new switch and because did not have the switch the first day he didn't charge me for the instial visit. Now it's not always about the money, he was very curtious, helpful and knowledgeable, but it doesn't hurt.
