I find Consumer's Choice to be good quality for a good price. The company's staff are all friendly at every level from the sales reps at the show to the installers and the customer service reps. The work was done quickly and in a professional manner. The rep even helped with my rebate.

this is now our second job that we have had done by consumers choice! First being our windows, now we have had our doors ( front door system, garden door and patio door ) replaced! service still GREAT, product is exceptional! Will deffinately use them again in the future as i still need a garage door and eavestrough done. With such high efficiency windows and doors, my gas bill has been reduced.

I have recommended Consumer's Choice to my neighbours who were also very satisfied with their work. Not only were they prompt but they also made the entire experience worry-free. The installers were knowledgable and couteous.

We had the window installed by two brothers, who work exclusively for Consumers Choice. They spent a whole day installing the single, large bay window. The window itself is impeccable, great views, it is polarized, and it's a treat to look outside now and enjoy the colours, as opposed to before through a dirty old window.

At first the install was perfect. We did find that on one side they had used too much expanding weatherizer filler, which, when it expanded, pushed out, inside the house, a piece of window trim. We had to practically beg, get on the phone several times with customer service, to have them come back to fix it. When they finally came, they ripped out the pieces of plastic trim from both sides, even though there was nothing wrong with the one side, and installed wooden trim in place, which has to be sanded and painted. No big deal, except the one piece of trim to cover the expanded filler, is still not flush with the window. We asked them to fix it right there and then, but their reply was that is the best they can do. We said we were going to call customer service again, and they basically said feel free.

FOLLOW-UP to Customer Service contact: Someone finally got to us based more or less on the above review and they sent a more knowledgeable and pleasant person to deal with. Customer service was definitely on their mind. The necessary work to repair the window to our liking was done and we are now very happy.

Transom above front door developed crack after about 2 years. Glass in door only had a one year guarantee so George sent rep to inspect and provide a quotation for replacing the transom. Rep who came out and inspected the door determined that it was a "pressure crack" and reported back to George. To my surprise George called to advise that as it was a product fault the transome would be replaced at no cost. This experience and two others when the kick lock on the patio door and a safety lock on one window stopped working properly, are the reason I rate Consumers Choice after sale service as excellent.

Consumer's choice gave us a variety of options with pros and cons for each; explained the most expensive was not always the best for our purposes; explained the cheapest price was not always the poorest; each situation was unique.

Time line was perfect; estimated arrival and installation right on time.

Extremely happy with the product; advantages that were discussed before our purchase were also right on. eg. easy to clean, easy to open, etc

Althought the costs may seem high, we replaced 30 windows, a front door and some of the gutters with new energy efficient ones. As promised we noticed that our energy bills did come down about 15% and the house was quieter as well! The installation went off smoothly and was done with expertice by workers who had obviously done this all before - we were very happy with the professional job that was done for us.

I had all my windows replaced by consumers choice. They removed and installed all the windows in one day which i thought was pretty quick and although i question myself on how well they installed the windows, I did not ask the question until 1 year later, i noticed one window frosting up in the inside and another one where al the inside screws where frosting up in the winter. I did call them and they sent someone out to fix it but my opinion is, they never installed the windows properly.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with this company. My representative, Mike Musso, was friendly, helpful, and went out of his way to ensure that the product that I received what exactly what I was looking for. Service was exceptional, and installation was quick. I was nothing less than impressed with everything Consumers Choice has to offer, and I would definitely recommend it to others in the future.
