Chose Consumer's Choice for windows as part of home renovation project.
Overall very satisfied with the price, quality of product and installation. Would highly recommend to anyone requiring new windows/doors. Delivery and installation was on time and have received many compliments on how nice they look!

We had several quotes, but somehow we were impressed with Rob from Consumer's Choice and made the decision to go ahead with them. They were among the higher quotes but we liked the way Rob carefully answered our questions and explained things. We were not disappointed. From the 2 guys who came to measure to the other 2 who came to install the window, we were impressed. Everything was done as they promised and we are very pleased with the results. Thanks to the whole team, including those at the office who were always prompt and efficient in answering any queries.

We recently chose to use consumers choice only because they could do more than just windows we ordered our windows and siding for our home in March the salesman had forgotten a sidelite for our front door and a window were missed which put the job behind a month well they finally delivered on the windows that are not bad windows but very over priced and after 4 months we got a call from the siding installer to say he would start Thursday and I removed my front deck and then I get a call from the salesman only to be told they cant get the siding we ordered then they gave us a discount when we ordered initially and then told us we couldn't have the discounted price because they aren't able to do the siding I would strongly recommend using another company they held up our home renovation and didn't even apologize when they made a mistake I recommend people should shop around and avoid the experience we had with consumers choice

I had all the windows in my house replaced. Luca, the installer, was courteous, clean, and fast-working and he did a great job. We are very happy with the product. However, the next day I noticed that Luca forgot one line of caulking on one of the windows. I called Consumers Choice to ask them to have him come back. They said they would, but he never came. I have called a total of 4 times, and emailed once, and I have never received a return phone call. Since then, one of the screens on a second floor slider window fell out (on a day when nobody was in the house) and I need that put back up as well. The product may be good, but the service is extremely lacking and I would be very hesitant to recommend this company as a result.

We are so happy with the service we received from Consumer's Choice. Consumer's Choice was the second company we asked for quotation. Joe Waddell saved us hundreds of dollars by recommending we replace the glass windows instead of replacing it brick to brick. Our windows had condensation between the double planes. The first company we approached didn't even tell us we had the option of just replacing the glass but instead, went straight to quoting for a brick to brick window replacement. Installation was quick and they also accommodated our request for weekend installation. We're so happy with the service.

We replaced the windows in our children's rooms because we were getting a draft during the winter. The sales man who came out to our house was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us at all. While it was expensive, they are fantastic windows and we will continue to use Consumers Choice as the need to replace all our windows arise. They are the best of the best!

Consumers Choice is an amazing company from beginning to end! We had great communication from customer service and the installation team was great! Cleaned up after every window completed! We are very satisfied with the windows, can hardly hear the traffic and we live on a busy street.
