First time dealing with Consumers Choice, and it look like it will be that last time…… we bought a front door that was one of their top doors and the glass came defected with a slight fracture, we sent pictures and they came back telling us the following (I have review these photos and cannot see any visible defects that would warrant glass change), they are telling me that is ok to have an imperfection glass for a very expensive door, We bought from Consumers because we were told they were a reputable company to deal with. I guess they are not, will not be dealing with this company anytime soon, too bad because I was going to use them to replace all my windows. 10/05/17... just like to update that Graham From Consumers Choice have contacted us in regards to our issue with our glass and he wants to make things right for us and have decided to change our glass on our Door, just like to be fair in regards to my review, i will edit final results once glass has been replaced
