Satisfied with the quick action and being taken care of as a customer.
Have several issues after installation, but got call back quickly and followed up. As a customer, what we are looking for and expected is professional advice and good product. I got some followed up advice afterwards, which I really preferred I would have got them ahead.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Our installation manager repaired your patio door immediately upon notification. It's unfortunate that a simple adjustment screw stopped your patio door from locking properly. Instead of replacing this screw we replaced the whole lock to ensure you had no further issues. We have adjusted the location of your kicklock for you prior to this as well as removing a small amount of sealant on the glass. We are sorry you have had these issues but have rectified them for you responsively. We will continue to be here for you should you have any future concerns and yes you are covered by our Lifetime Warranty.

I had an irregular shape of frame installed!!!!
There is space between the left side of frame and cupboard, while the right side of frame was cutted to fit the space. My friend asked did I installed by myself. What a shame! I Need to called again for after installation service, the fifth time within one month after installation.

Four issues came up within one month after installation. For the most recent one, I called for service and post review here. Then in the evening I got a call from the company and the issue was fixed right the next day. All in all, the service is fine and fair in time, the installation people are nice. But still have some concerns about the product itself. Still have one more window to replace, will see.

Four issues came up within one month after installation. I am questioning about the product quality!

One of the cases is: locks on the handle and bottom of one same patio door are not working anymore, one happened one week after the installation, and the other one happened within one month. Do we need to keep calling and asking for replacing lock or any parts of the windows/doors afterwards because of the bad quality of products??!! Yes, your company offer warranty, but it doesn’t make sense if the product has quality issue. I really feel tired of calling for issue-waiting for someone coming to fix…and another issue came up again! And it is only the first month after installation!
Is there a product quality control before you sending them to the customer rather than keep sending people to fix it afterwards? It costs money, time and your reputation among the customers.

Even worse, the service department asking me do I just want to get MONEY when I called for this issue? It’s so rude and insulting! You are the most expensive quote of my case, but I choose you because of your nice commitment of your products. But where is it now? I even felt guilty for referring my family to your company already that if they experience the same with me. And since your service department asking me of the MONEY thing, I am wondering what kind of MONEY compensate plan you could give it to me for the time and bad experience.
