We had our windows (8) replaced this summer and are quite happy with the end product. The installers did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. The only disapointment was at quote time we assumed that the price on the bay windows (2) included replacing the exsisting wood and on their measuring later we found out it did not but accepted the up charge as the new total still kept them in the range of quotes that we received.
