Consumers Choice had earlier replaced all our house windows and we were quite satisfied so we returned to them to replace our entrance door. The salesman took his time showing us options and making suggestions There was no pressure. The installers did a first-rate job - friendly, efficient, precise, cleaned up everything, made sure we knew how the lock operated, etc. A perfect install.
The only caveat was that it took three months from when we ordered to the install (we had been quoted 6-8 weeks) mostly because the lockset we ordered was out of stock. We pushed for the install and got a lockset similar to the one we ordered.
Update July 2015: Over a month ago I called the office asking for a quote on another door and window and to-date, no response whatsoever from the company!
