We had many windows installed in our home. The sales person was fine, made lots of promices. When the windows were installed the installer dragged them through the house and pulled up my berber carpet in 3 rooms. Not only that but the installing was a mess, we've had nothing but troubles and had to call the company back and have had to have a window changed also. I wouldn't use them again and wouldn't suggest others do either.
