The Consumer's salesman was very professional and provided excellent guidance towards appropriate windows. We enjoyed Luca, the window installer for his hard work, punctuality and professional manner. Everything was neat and well done. Mrs. s. Vatovec

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- The installer placed white trim around the basement and dinning room windows. However the rest of the windows throughout the house had wood trim and we were informed that we would have to paint the wood trim. I do not understand why they are different. The frames should all be white as shown on display at Centre Point Mall. We have already spent $16,400.00 for the windows and the cost of painting all the frames is an unexpected expense which I cannot afford. CAN YOU ASSIST ME IN RESOLVING THIS MATTER. SINCERELY MRS.
