We had our driveway paved 4 years ago and we have been calling ever since to get it repaired and they told me the only thing they would do is seal our driveway. We have the top part of our driveway crumbling away and they gave us the excuse it was from the heat. We have had other asphalt contractors come and give us their report and they all told us that they provided us with a below standard driveway and that they should redo our driveway. They promise the world when they wanted your business but did not come through with what they promised. Very upsetting to know that you have made the right decision picking a Contractor and the money which you worked so hard for thrown out the window with nothing to show for it.

Nortown Paving investigated the situation several times and advised the client the repair would Be felt with accordingly , however the client wanted Nortown paving to redue the entire driveway all over again which was not required to code. The client was not have that asphalt was coarse but Nortown paving advised them that the asphalt to be laid would be commercial grade asphalt. As the season was ending We advised them to wait until the spring and re visit the situation . Spring came around and the client made some harassment remarks and ever since then Nortown Paving did not want to continue correspondence due to harassments to the sales man. We wanted to satisfy the client to the best as possible what they wanted was a unreasonable repair .
