Northwood Heating & Air Conditioning Co.

Northwood replaced our old 22-year-old furnace and our 48-year-old water air conditioning unit with new ones (York models).

We got a few estimates from different people and everyone offered us something different. We ended up choosing Northwood because they also do their own metal work for the new ducts as well as they gave us a written quotation on the company’s letter head. They completed the work on the appointment date (in 2 days) as per the contract. They were very polite and clean. Thank you Jeremy for explained all the work you have done and in answering all our questions. Northwood has also filled out our warranty papers and sent it in to York on our behalf, which means less hassles for us since the serial number on the furnace is located inside the unit.

The only thing that we did not like was that the air conditioning unit did not come with a cover.

Overall, we are very happy that we have chosen Northwood and well worth the money. We rate this company a 10 out of 10.
