Gary came in and gave me lots of good information and a reasonable quote on a new furnace. Since my home lost heat, he helped keep it warm until the install date. Santos and Mike did the install. They left with the furnace room clean and looking great. Since they were drilling a hole in the wall for the new furnace, they also increased the size of the laundry exhaust out for safety's sake. Northwood is a fantastic company to deal with. Customer service is excellent.
