Nk Movers

Where do I start.... I had made a deal for my move on Nov 1 well in advance which was scheduled for 9am that morning. I received a call the night before informing me they had an issue with the Truck and would be coming no later than 3pm. They did not show up at 3pm after guaranteeing me this time slot. Finally, at 5pm I received a call that they will be arriving in 10 minutes. I was not happy I would be moving well into the nighttime, but I didn't have any other choice at this point. When the movers arrived, they were stoned out of their minds and smelt like weed. The 2 movers were well into their 50's and did nothing but complain. One mover said that we have good quality furniture, and it was heavier than the cheap stuff. They took multiple smoke breaks and took about 2 hours to pack the truck. I received a call from Abraham (manager) at the 2-hour mark who indicated that every hour onward would cost me $104, and they didn't get to the new place yet. When we finally embarked to the new home they had to turn around because they forgot something. Finally, when they arrived and unloaded, I noticed they ripped a hole in my couch and a piece of my treadmill was missing on the arm which I still haven't heard anything back after two emails. At the end of the day this company seems cheaper but costs the same as a reputable moving company. Do yourself a favor avoid at all costs
