I hired Nivasa to install my Home Theater System and Plazma TV's in our Loft. Suhail and his team carefully planned our their strategy and installed everything in a well executed manner. They are reasonable in price and very good at what they do. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing or simply installing their home theater system or event just for wiring and TV set up. They are very good at what they do.

Nivasa was a second quote due to the scale and complexity of the job (2 x 50" flat-screens, Rogers PVR, HD-DVD and Satellite, in-wall and in-cieling speakers plus a 42"LCD Mac-Mini monitor each powered by 3 x HDMI A/V receivers, all with concealed wiring and hidden components and controlled by Harmony IR remotes). Suhail and his team are extremely knowlegeable, professional and friendly. They will recommend the most appropriate components and design, install and clean-up. Important post-intall customer service and support provided as well. Your home is an investment, don't trust this type of work to just anybody and don't overpay large companies that offer little support, advice and overcharge you for unnecessary equipment and cabling. Nivasa and Suhail D'Souza were fantastic. We were referred to Nivasa by a previous contractor who left the business. Nivasa was able to fix the errors made by the other contractor in a matter of minutes. They cleaned up the entertainment system and it now works perfectly. For example, we didn't have surround sound for a year and a half because the other contractor just said it didn't work all the time. Suhail fixed it in a minute! We now enjoy total surround sound whether we are watching DVD or VHS. Nivasa was so great we hired them to install our home entertainment system in the basement complete with HD DVD, Wii, Rogers, Receiver, 60" plasma tv and in wall speakers. Nivasa provided timely and competitive quotes, had great suggestions for design and installation, showed up on time, installed the system efficiently and effectively and came back promptly at our request to tweak the system. Nivasa's employees are polite and incredibly knowledgeable. I would recommend them highly. One of the best experiences I've had in a long time with contractors of any sort.

Suhail D'Souza of Nivasa recently wall-mounted my new plasma TV on an articulating arm. Despite the complexity of the job (it was being mounted through a wooden back panel on the surface of the wall) they did an amazing job. Overall, their service was exceptional. Phone calls were returned quickly, the costs were reasonable, and the final product was excellent.
